Project Planning

Phase 1: Proposal and Planning (Week 1)
-Formation of team
- Brainstorming session and choosing o a title. A brief proposal which includes “Project Title”, "Objectives", "Introduction" and "Discussion"
- Registering the project's weblog - http://atmocast.blogspot.com/


Phase 2: Requirement and Design (Week 2 – 3)
-Tasks assigned to members.
- Work Break System Diagram, Gantt Chart, and network diagram(AOA) will be uploaded.

Phase 3: Preparation (Week 3 - 4)
-Preparation of a system requirement specification regarding the project.
-Implementation of project design (using Unified Modeling Language (UML)).

Phase 4: Development (Week 5 - 11)
-Developing of the system, and implementation.
-A progress report on the development status of the project is to be uploaded to the blog every
week.

Phase 5: Troubleshooting, Testing and Wrapping Up (Week 12)
-Application and implementations will be tested for faults, bugs and errors.
-Complete product will be uploaded, demonstration will be shown.

Phase 6: Documentation (Week 13)
-Completion of research paper which includes; discussion, problems faced, problems solving methods, team's comment and conclusions.
